About the Role
Navan is revolutionizing the corporate travel and expense experience with an integrated, user-friendly platform. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new Supplier Portal, enabling travel partners to manage their relationship with Navan, access analytics, and optimize marketing to business travelers. This role involves building a business within a business, connecting commercial requirements with scalable engineering across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the 0-to-1 journey for Navan's first dedicated Supplier Portal, including vision, strategy, discovery, pilot, and global rollout.
- Build self-service workflows, inventory controls, and performance dashboards for travel partners to maximize booking yield.
- Align commercial/supply leadership with engineering pods across different regions.
- Define success metrics, test hypotheses, and establish instrumentation to measure marketplace health and supplier engagement.
- Address platform architecture, APIs, permissions, and data models to simplify supply-side integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at a fast-scaling software company.
- Proven track record of launching complex user-facing or platform features.
- Experience building vendor-, merchant-, or partner-facing tools in a two-sided marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate daily with engineering teams on platform dependencies, API structures, and data flows.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience aligning commercial teams, engineering pods, and external partners across multiple time zones.
- Direct background in travel technology, GDS/distribution systems, or B2B enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
- Thrive in high-accountability environments while maintaining a fun and engaging work atmosphere.
