About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a problem framer and synthesizer, turning research, stakeholder input, and data into clear options and practical paths to value. You will partner with Product, Delivery, Engineering, and Design teams to shape strategy, enable execution, and de-risk delivery across complex digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Frame problem situations, define hypotheses, and identify key levers for success.
- Build robust options analyses tied to strategy, comparing benefits, costs, risks, and dependencies.
- Produce decision-ready recommendations for clients.
- Build strong client relationships through high-quality work and active listening.
- Facilitate workshops and use compelling narratives to influence decision-making.
- Maintain continuity from discovery through delivery to protect project outcomes.
- Clarify expected benefits and support the handover to business-as-usual operations.
- Contribute to building the Business Analysis capability within the company.
Requirements
- Consulting-caliber experience with a focus on structured, hypothesis-driven thinking.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, covering the full lifecycle from problem framing to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect complex problems to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working effectively in Agile environments with the ability to flex approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders.
- Outcomes-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
