About the Role

The Sales Consultant role is crucial for driving impact in the healthcare sector by helping clinics and rehab centers address staff shortages and shape the future of care. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic initial acquisition to successful contract closing in the Central region.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with clinic management, chief physicians, and therapy leads.
- Conduct effective consultations and live product demos, both on-site and digitally.
- Continuously analyze competitor trends in the Central German market to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Represent Caspar Health at regional trade fairs and networking events for new customer acquisition.
- Reactivate dormant pipeline opportunities to ensure sustainable success in the Central region.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional sales experience, ideally with a focus on HealthTech, medical technology, or pharmaceuticals.
- Negotiation skills for direct communication with high-ranking decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of a digital platform combined with an interdisciplinary therapy team.
- Sales approach focused on closing deals, characterized by high personal responsibility, with a constant focus on medical benefits for patients.
- Flexibility for approximately 60-80% travel within Central Germany.
- Negotiation-level German language skills (native speaker level) and good English skills for internal communication.
- High commitment to protecting personal data due to working with sensitive health information.
