About the Role

As a working student in Berlin, you will support our rental managers in daily business and ensure a smooth and professional rental process for interested parties. You will be part of a team that enjoys making a difference together and setting standards in apartment rentals.

Responsibilities

• Support rental managers in preparing and marketing new rental projects.
• Research floor plan types and prepare structured information relevant to apartments and projects.
• Create appealing apartment and project descriptions for various marketing channels.
• Create digital 3D tours, handle post-processing, and optimize image material.
• Maintain and update marketing documents, ensuring high-quality presentation of rental projects.
• Assist in preparing data, information, and content for rental and marketing purposes.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a university.
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with people.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong hands-on mentality and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office.
