  • Support our Founder and President with 7+ figure relationships, preparing proposals and impact reports.
  • Act as the operational lead for recurring moments like our Annual End of Year Giving Campaign, collaborating with Comms and Product to run targeted campaigns and track donor behaviour.
  • Partner with Finance and data teams to manage monthly analyses, track progress against annual targets, monitor the stewardship pipeline, and support quarterly board reporting.
  • Equip Community Managers and the Advisory team with the frameworks, messaging, and insights they need to maintain strong, natural fundraising conversations during regular member interactions.

  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel projects and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on deadline.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to translate complex impact metrics into persuasive proposals, reports, emails, and presentation decks.
  • Experience creating fundraising or marketing comms collateral.
  • Solid data literacy; comfortable managing, analysing, and reporting on fundraising databases.
