About the Role

Provide top-tier rehabilitation care in an outpatient clinic, working closely with a diverse group of patients and contributing to their recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Administer various therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to ensure long-term recovery and improved functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.

• Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Education Level

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
