About the Role
Provide top-tier rehabilitation care in an outpatient clinic, working closely with a diverse group of patients and contributing to their recovery and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Administering various therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education.
- Educating patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to ensure long-term recovery and improved functional outcomes.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet their rehabilitation goals.
- Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
