About the Role

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards, while managing supplies and supporting housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure housekeeping standards and health & safety procedures are met
• Manage linen stock levels and cleaning supplies
• Train, support, and motivate housekeeping staff
• Assist in preparing duty rosters and monitoring attendance

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform
