About the Role

This role is ideal for a flexible and professional individual who can provide high-quality security services while protecting people, property, and assets in line with assignment instructions and client requirements. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service at all times, demonstrating the core values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness, whilst also adapting quickly to different environments and operational needs.

Responsibilities

Prevent and deter unauthorised access to site.
Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate.
Conduct external and internal security patrols as detailed in the Assignment Instructions.
Carry out routine tests of security equipment where appropriate.
Manage keys and perform locking and unlocking duties as detailed in the Assignment Instructions.
Maintain all logbooks and records as detailed in the Assignment Instructions.
Issue visitor/contractor passes in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.
Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring safeguarding of the premises.

Requirements

A valid SIA licence
Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
Front of house/reception experience
Willing to support across multiple sites of the branch across London
Customer service experience
The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
Excellent communication skills
Ability to carry out patrols
Strong report writing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and detailed incident shift reports
Good level of computer knowledge
Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
