About the Role
This role involves managing outstanding receivables through legal dunning procedures and enforcement actions. You will be responsible for initiating dunning requests and enforcement measures, communicating with courts, lawyers, and debtors, and managing deadlines and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Processing and monitoring open receivables in legal dunning procedures and enforcement proceedings.
- Independent creation and submission of dunning notices and enforcement measures.
- Communication with courts, lawyers, and debtors to clarify open questions and pursue receivables.
- Monitoring deadlines and appointments.
- Mail processing.
- Documentation and maintenance of files.
- Support in the development and optimization of receivables management processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the legal or receivables management field.
- Experience in judicial receivables management or in processing dunning and enforcement proceedings.
- Good knowledge of civil law, particularly in the area of receivables law and enforcement law.
- Confident use of MS Office and receivables management software.
- Knowledge of Datev and SAP are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Independent way of working, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility.
