About the Role

Develop and implement pickleball instructional, recreational, and competitive programming to maximize court revenue and minimize expenses, upholding SPORTIME's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-court instruction and supervision for lessons, clinics, leagues, open play sessions, and special events.
• Develop and sell new and existing pickleball programs to members and guests.
• Communicate with players regarding programs, promotions, member benefits, and play opportunities.
• Interact with players during social play to foster a fun and welcoming environment.
• Recruit, train, and schedule pickleball coaching staff.
• Understand and work towards achieving financial goals.
• Promote other company products and services.
• Attend staff meetings and special events as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years playing and/or coaching pickleball.
• Knowledge of the overall pickleball industry.
• Ability to design and develop programs.
• Team building, motivational, and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• $65,000-$70,000 per year plus on-court earnings potential and bonus incentives
