About the Role

This hands-on role combines technical expertise with day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring. You will play a key role in translating product strategy into high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions while guiding and uplifting a team of Software Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full stack (.NET C#, Azure, SQL Server and modern front-end framework React) within an agile environment.
• Take ownership of technical design and delivery.
• Champion best practices.
• Maintain high code quality and security standards.
• Provide clear technical direction.
• Act as a trusted technical mentor.
