About the Role

Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions across a high-profile credit cards portfolio. Deliver commercial insights, forecasting and financial analysis that shape customer and business outcomes. Leverage automation, AI and data-driven solutions to drive process improvement and financial rigour.

Responsibilities

  • Support forecasting, planning, budgeting and performance reporting across the Consumer Spending portfolio.
  • Deliver financial modelling, commercial analysis and actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance and Retail Banking to drive robust financial outcomes.
  • Contribute to executive reporting, financial disclosures and quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyse portfolio performance, pricing initiatives and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support loyalty economics, scheme arrangements and strategic payments initiatives in partnership with the Yello Finance team.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and leverage automation and AI.
  • Contribute to a customer-focused and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance or financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Experience developing financial models and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Strong financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting expertise.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience within financial services or banking is advantageous but not essential.
