About the Role

As a strategic talent responsible for the partner ecosystem (MSSP/MSP, etc.), you will lead everything from technical strategy planning to enablement for partner engineering teams and negotiations with management. This position goes beyond mere technical support, requiring a deep understanding of partner business strategies and leadership in presenting compelling Go-to-Market strategies to management. You will contribute to business growth by closely collaborating with SE and sales departments, driving the overall partner ecosystem strategy from a technical perspective. Furthermore, you will communicate strategies for the Japanese market in collaboration with global teams and promote the appeal of our ecosystem at industry conferences and leadership forums, playing a role in leading the market alongside our partners.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy planning, partner enablement, and management negotiations.
Understand partner business strategies and lead Go-to-Market strategies.
Collaborate with SE and sales departments to drive the partner ecosystem strategy.
Communicate Japanese market strategies with global teams.
Promote the ecosystem at industry conferences and leadership forums.

Requirements

Technical knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity.
Over five years of practical experience in building and collaborating with partner ecosystems (MSSP/MSP, etc.).
Practical experience in strategy planning and Go-to-Market design.
Experience leading coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus.
English proficiency (negotiations with global teams, email composition, technical document comprehension).
