About the Role
Join an Australian owned iconic brand based in Chullora as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is critical to our cold-chain logistics network, offering the opportunity to improve operations and deliver iconic Australian products.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating Warehouse and distribution activities across the Chullora Distribution centre.
- Serving as the first point of contact for warehouse-related Safety, Facilities, Operational and Service issues.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of product to meet customer order requirements.
- Ensuring route orders are placed and 3PL providers are actioning picking programs.
- Responsible for management of Night Shift coordination's.
- Ensuring the site is compliant with Bega national safety systems and working with counterparts to achieve safety principles.
- Managing the route network and supporting any issues and challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role coordinating logistics in a distribution centre environment.
- Transport and warehousing knowledge in a FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Results oriented, with a desire and drive for continuous improvement.
- High level of Excel and Systems knowledge (SAP, TMS, WMS).
- Must hold a current Australian driver’s license.
- Will be required to complete a pre-employment medical.
