About the Role
The Private Markets Platform team is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to drive large-scale transformations, improve end-to-end processes, and design scalable solutions. The team combines expertise in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, and Project Management to shape firm operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, re-engineer, and document key business processes with stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement analysis and gap assessments.
- Write test cases, organize, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support project management activities, including organizing workshops, overseeing IT delivery, preparing status reports, and resource planning.
- Define and present conceptual approaches, target operating models, and solution options.
- Collaborate with IT counterparts to bridge business and technology teams.
- Train business users on new tools, drive adoption, and support change management.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in Business Economics, Business Informatics, or Information Technology.
- Previous business analysis experience in financial services or consulting.
- Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver on time with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo constructively.
- Excellent team player with collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
- German language skills are a plus.
