About the Role
Bring the Sheridan brand to life. Sheridan is one of Australia's most loved home and lifestyle brands, known for quality, craftsmanship and beautiful Australian design. We're looking for a commercially savvy Senior Brand Manager to lead Sheridan's marketing initiatives and bring our brand to life across retail, digital, social, loyalty, concessions and local area marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sheridan's marketing calendar and execution.
- Execute seasonal campaigns across retail, digital, social, loyalty and local area marketing.
- Manage brand budgets, agencies, PR, influencer and paid media activity.
- Partner with Retail, VM, Digital, Product and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Lead and develop an Assistant Brand Manager and Social Media Specialist.
- Use insights, trends and performance data to continually strengthen the brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in brand, marketing or agency roles.
- Experience delivering marketing initiatives from strategy through to execution and evaluation.
- Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage agency partners.
- Exceptional organisation, agility and attention to detail.
- Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others.
