About the Role

Pier One Sydney Harbour is seeking enthusiastic and professional Bartenders to join their vibrant Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at crafting exceptional drinks with flair, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences at an iconic waterfront venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
• Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
• Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
• Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift
• Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Current NSW RSA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends
