About the Role

This role supports the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. You will drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company standards, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Implement SHE strategy and compliance programs across allocated sites
  • Coach leaders on risk management, incident investigation and WHS legislation
  • Conduct site inspections, internal audits and close out corrective actions
  • Monitor and report on incident, hazard and SHE performance trends
  • Support SHE systems, documentation, training delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrated WHS/SHE Business Partner or Advisor experience — multi-site preferred
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 or equivalent management systems
  • Incident investigation experience and strong stakeholder coaching skills
  • Background in agriculture, food processing, logistics or related industry valued
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or hold the right to live and work in Australia
