About the Role

You will advise on the project development of wind, (Agri-)PV, and BESS projects, focusing on planning and approval law, EEG and regulation, citizen participation concepts, grid connection issues, marketing concepts, and cooperation agreements. You will also negotiate and conclude contracts with service providers and suppliers, coordinate external law firms, support the acquisition of renewable energy projects, and assist the legal department with general legal questions.

Responsibilities

Advise on the project development of wind, (Agri-)PV, and BESS projects, particularly in planning and approval law, EEG and regulation, citizen participation concepts, grid connection issues, marketing concepts, and cooperation agreements.
Negotiate and conclude contracts with service providers and suppliers (e.g., negotiate TSAs, maintenance contracts, direct marketing contracts, etc.).
Coordinate external law firms.
Support the acquisition of renewable energy projects, especially in project evaluation.
Assist the legal department with general legal questions.

Requirements

Completed first and second state examinations.
Relevant professional experience (1-3 years) in renewable energies / project development, either in a law firm or an energy company.
Fluent in German and English.
