About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available to join Zurich’s Retail team as a Retail Operations Consultant, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, investigating exceptions, and delivering quality customer outcomes through accurate and efficient operational processes. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the administration of life insurance policies and ensuring our customers receive the right outcomes. Working closely with advisers, customers, and internal teams, you'll investigate and resolve policy exceptions, manage work across multiple channels, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our operational effectiveness.

Requirements
- Experience in operations, administration, processing or customer service, ideally within financial services or insurance
- A curious problem-solver who enjoys investigating exceptions and working through complex information
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in high-volume processing environments
- Confidence using Excel, data, operational systems and multiple information sources
- Clear communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers, advisers and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple work channels
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering quality customer outcomes
