About the Role

This role is responsible for defining and executing product marketing plans, managing the product lifecycle, and driving key value messaging for Cardiac & HbA1c products within Roche Diagnostics Korea.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product marketing plans and perform daily product management tasks.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the disease portfolio, aligning with business goals and clinical trends.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from market assessment, launch planning, and demand generation to mature product management.
  • Drive key value messaging and positioning tailored to key specialties and stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing materials including sales aids, presentations, clinical evidence summaries, and training documents.
  • Provide in-depth product training and field support to the sales force and distributors.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives and omnichannel engagement strategies to expand customer reach.
  • Manage and optimize the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, tracking financial performance to ensure effective resource allocation and high ROI.
  • Price management: distributor prices and delivery prices.
  • Stock management such as forecast, ordering and allocation during bottlenecks.
  • Lead Customer Management and Medical Society Congress Engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), lab directors, clinicians, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Strategically plan and execute Medical Society Congress activities, including symposia, promotional booths, and networking events to maximize brand presence.
  • Organize and execute continuous KOL engagement programs, advisory boards, and educational seminars.
  • Gather market insights through regular customer visits, competitor and market trends monitoring and incorporate these insights into product strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and guideline changes to ensure agility and relevance in strategy.
  • Identify unmet clinical and operational needs to drive initiatives that focus on improving laboratory efficiency and patient outcomes, demonstrating the true value of Roche Diagnostics solutions.
  • Align and collaborate with all stakeholders within/outside RDK.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical, S&S APAC/Global Marketing) to support commercial success.
  • Cooperation with distributors and other business partners.
  • Conduct business in full compliance.
  • 100% completion on compliance training.
  • Well know about updated regulation and compliance information and share to my team.
  • Meet compliance for all external activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing or product management experience in the multinational healthcare industry (preferably in IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals)
  • Proven experience in product strategy, lifecycle management, and field collaboration
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
