About the Role
We are seeking a Gaming Manager to oversee the gaming room, ensuring it remains a friendly and welcoming environment for patrons. This role is ideal for an experienced gaming professional ready to step into management and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the gaming room operations.
- Build rapport with regular patrons.
- Collaborate with the Publican to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations.
- Mentor and develop the gaming team.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Experience in a gaming room role (attendant, supervisor, or manager).
- Ability to perform manual handling and lifting tasks.
- Confidence, pride, and strong people skills.
- Understanding of compliance and safe gaming practices.
- Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG.
- Willingness to undergo Employee Due Diligence checks, including a National Police Check.
