About the Role
As a key contributor to the IT rollout management for Europe's largest infrastructure project, you will drive sustainability and manage the transformation of IT systems. You will identify stakeholder needs, translate them into communication strategies, and implement and monitor resulting actions.
Responsibilities
- Operate rollout management for user communication across over 40 applications and 4500 users, including planning, execution of go-live measures, and post-rollout evaluation.
- Manage change within the department through targeted measures.
- Support the Capability Owner in maintaining strategic goals and implementing related actions.
- Moderate small to medium-sized events and workshops.
- Work on-site with clients, requiring approximately 3-4 days of travel every two weeks to the project office in Würzburg.
Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably in communications, or equivalent education with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) for workshops, presentations, and clarifying questions.
- Ability to navigate complex project structures and all organizational hierarchies.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, strategy development and implementation, didactics, conflict management, change management, and digital transformation processes.
- Strong project management skills for organizing self, stakeholders, and tasks.
- Strategic, interdisciplinary, and analytical thinking.
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive action with conceptual implementation.
- Willingness to take responsibility and drive initiatives.
- Assertive, solution-oriented, and capable of quickly understanding complex issues and their interdependencies.
- Ability to adapt to new contexts and adopt different perspectives.
