Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of proposals and presentations, synthesizing inputs into a coherent storyline.
- Package content for impact, coordinate inputs across the team, and ensure clear internal messaging.
- Prepare P&L and validate financial assumptions.
- Provide timely input and ensure all required inputs from team members are received.
- Provide guidance and review the work of analysts.
- Lead clarification sessions and contribute actively during prebid or proposal meetings.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, business analyst, project manager or any related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with above-average presentation and data analysis capabilities.
- Amendable to work on-site in a hybrid set-up (2x-3x onsite) in Ortigas; still amendable even the company transition to full on-site in the future.
