Responsibilities
- Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
- Build relationships with customers from initial greeting through post-sale contact.
- Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
- Participate in team selling to achieve store sales volume and metric goals.
- Assist with visual merchandising, store projects, and merchandise stock counts.
- Operate the cash register at the point of sale.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, and twist.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.
- Ability to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
