Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs, develop personalised treatment goals, and deliver evidence-based interventions that support recovery across a diverse range of clinical presentations.
• Play an integral role in discharge planning, patient education, and promoting safe, functional outcomes.
• Apply clinical expertise, problem-solving skills, and compassion to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, ideally within an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently prioritise competing demands while maintaining high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering evidence-based practice and continuously developing skills.
• A current NSW driver's licence.
• Ability to commit to a full-time Monday – Saturday role, for a 12-month term.
