About the Role
Our Retail Managers are the true stars of our brand, acting as customer service pros who make people feel welcome, inspired, and ready to glow. You will motivate your team to create one-of-a-kind customer experiences, providing them with tools for success through training, mentoring, and feedback. Lead from the front with your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Motivate your team to create one-of-a-kind experiences for our customers.
- Provide team members with tools for success through fun training, mentoring, and feedback.
- Guide team members in using their knowledge and skills to help customers glow.
- Meet budget requirements.
- Manage rostering and work within EBA & GRIA frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of similar experience as a leader.
- Exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty.
- Experience leading teams that enjoy providing great customer service.
- Experience in a large, fast-paced retail environment.
- A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty.
- Great communication skills.
- Commercially minded.
- Proven experience in meeting budget requirements.
- Sales and metric focused.
- Experience with rostering.
- Experience working within EBA & GRIA frameworks.
