About the Role
Ensures the delivery of high quality and accurate services to key clients by working closely with offshore teams. Manages client relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure team meets all Regulatory and Client reporting deadlines
- Understand distribution tax information and quality check distribution summaries
- Assist with setting up new funds using a standard template and procedure
- Ensure the high standard of quality assurance on all applications, redemptions, switches and transfers from the offshore team is adhered to
- Quality check and distribute periodic, quarterly, distribution and exit statements to investors and clients within SLA’s
- Review, clear and sign off bank reconciliations
- Review pending and settled reports and distribute to clients
- Manage the compliance requirements for clients including reviewing incident reports and implementing remediation by working with internal and external compliance stakeholders on key compliance requirements
- Ensure Calastone transactions including daily reconciliations and issue resolution is completed by the team
- Understand and review Fee Rebates schedules
- Understand and review monthly, quarterly and annual distributions
- Oversee all training requirements for the team and procedures are clearly documented
- Assist the Team Leader on Transfer Agency project
- Prepare management reporting and attend client meetings with the CRM if required
- Assist with client relationships and ensure the quality of services meets client expectations
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders on client management and delivery
- Ensure client escalations are managed and resolved in a timely manner
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- 4 years fund services experience
- Commercial experience in working with clients in a delivery service model
- Experienced in working with offshoring models
- Strong people leadership
- Adhere to deadlines
- Foster positive relations with clients
