About the Role

The People Scientist role entails being a thought leader in the HR and engagement space while assisting customers with survey question design, analyzing survey results, and establishing feedback strategies for our customers at the organization, group, and individual level. In this role, you will do this in a scaled environment, delivering high-quality guidance across a broad volume of customers within clear support parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric feedback surveys
  • Lead survey question design and results review sessions with stakeholders from HR leaders to CEOs
  • Work with client data and survey outcomes to identify key themes, stories, and actions that improve culture and business outcomes
  • Generate actionable and predictive insights from HR data sets, including engagement, lifecycle, performance management, and individual/team effectiveness feedback
  • Support and build domain expertise for customer-facing teams through coaching, training, and internal guidance
  • Deliver scaled guidance sessions, 1:1 touchpoints for customers, office hours, and asynchronous People Science support
  • Partner with Customer Success and Renewal Managers to support retention, expansion, and delivery outcomes
  • Support thought leadership by partnering with Marketing to develop and deliver content for webinars, masterclasses, conferences, and other customer-facing events
  • Coordinate People Science touchpoints, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
  • Contribute to scaled People Science assets, processes, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Manage a high volume of customer work while maintaining quality, judgment, and responsiveness
  • Work within defined support parameters, while finding creative solutions to meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Master’s in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, HR/Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations and/or working as a subject matter expert within an organisation. Enterprise-level is highly preferred
  • Applied experience working with surveys throughout the employee lifecycle (candidate, on-boarding, engagement, inclusion, exit) and/or 360-type feedback processes
  • Experience designing, implementing, and analysing surveys, as well as presenting insights to executives and HR leaders
  • Comfort with data, including basic knowledge of statistics and research methods
  • Proficiency in the usual software tools (i.e. Google docs/sheets) and a willingness to learn new technology systems
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working in scalable delivery models and/or strategic customer support environments
  • Comfortable with AI tools, with the proficiency to use them to improve efficiency, scale high-quality support, and enhance customer and team outcomes
  • Commercially minded, with strong judgment on where to focus time and effort to support retention, expansion, and overall customer value
  • Strong data storytelling and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of customer work while maintaining quality, judgment, and responsiveness
  • German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language capability is a plus
