About the Role
As Head of Operations for the CRS Philippines and CRS Micronesia BMU, you will provide leadership and management of key operational functions including Supply Chain Management, Administration, Staff Safety and Security, Safeguarding, and Audit. You will promote stewardship of resources, ensure principled compliance, proactively manage risk, and lead operational efficiency improvements. You will also support strengthening of operational systems and processes of CRS FSM Program Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of key operational functions: Supply Chain Management, Administration, Staff Safety and Security, Safeguarding, and Audit.
- Promote stewardship of resources.
- Ensure principled compliance.
- Proactively manage risk.
- Lead operational efficiency improvements.
- Support strengthening of operational systems and processes of CRS FSM Program Office.
- Proactively manage and mitigate operational and security risks.
- Contribute to implementation of CO’s strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Ability to legally work where the position is to be performed.
- Candidates who are citizens/permanent residents of the countries where CRS has offices are prioritized.
- Must sign and adhere to CRS’ Code of Conduct.
