About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives that build brand awareness, engage customers, and support commercial objectives. This role helps ensure marketing activities are delivered accurately, on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards and overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across digital, email, social media, trade, and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, project schedules, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign briefs outlining objectives, promotional offers, timelines, creative requirements, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, tourism boards, hotel partners, travel agency partners, and other external vendors to support campaign execution.
- Review promotional content, pricing, offers, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of website content, landing pages, and digital marketing assets prior to launch.
- Coordinate the development, approval, and distribution of marketing assets, promotional materials, and campaign collateral.
- Monitor campaign timelines, key milestones, and project deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support campaign reporting by compiling performance metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research, monitor travel industry trends, customer insights, and emerging marketing technologies, and provide recommendations to support future marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing files, campaign documentation, promotional calendars, and departmental records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Experience Level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, advertising, or campaign coordination role.
- Proven experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
- Strong background collaborating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, website content management, email marketing, social media, and marketing analytics is considered an asset.
- Experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, airline, or other consumer-focused industry is considered an asset.
Education Level
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant marketing experience may be considered.
