About the Role

Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and assist with taxation authority reviews, audits, and disputes. Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, and IPO structuring, readiness, and prospectus. Play a key role in client engagements, including client contact and presentations. Grow as a mentor and leader, overseeing team members and encouraging their professional development.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring and cross-border transactions.
Assist with taxation authority reviews, audits, and disputes.
Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment, including due diligence.
Provide tax advice on financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness, and prospectus.
Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements.
Maintain regular client contact and attend client presentations and meetings with Senior Leaders.
Oversee team members and encourage their continued professional development.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in Tax Advisory and Compliance.
Ability to keep up to date and understand changes to taxation law.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Client-centric approach and ability to understand clients' businesses.
