About the Role
We are seeking a Landscape Architect or Designer to join our landscape design/build team. This role involves sales and design responsibilities, creating 2D and 3D landscape designs, and meeting with clients to understand their needs and establish project scope and budget.
Responsibilities
- Take initial installation meetings with clients to understand style, scope, and material selection.
- Correspond with client throughout pre-sale process to establish design and budget.
- Assemble bid package for client.
- Create 2D and 3D Landscape Designs to scale for residential and small commercial work.
- Create beautifully drawn designs while conveying important construction notes for our crews.
- Stay in communication with clients and project manager on design details.
Requirements
- Landscape Architecture degree and/or 2 years experience in design.
- Proficiency with SketchUp, V-ray, and Layout.
- Familiarity with bidding projects.
- Ability to work in the field (lift over 80 LBS frequently, dig holes, and move wheel barrows).
