Responsibilities
- Lead teams of people and clients across various industries, providing strategic tax advice and simplifying tax management.
- Tackle complex tax technical and business issues on client projects, leading the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Continuously develop technical and professional skills and those of the team through mentoring and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent judgement, relationship-building skills, and a collaborative approach.
- A passion for client service and teamwork, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop continuously.
- Relevant tax experience from a Big 4, legal, or accounting firm.
