About the Role

Join the Global Innovation team as a Senior Consultant to design, test, and scale innovation initiatives that shape Deloitte's future. Act as a thought partner and delivery lead on priority projects, contributing insights for global strategic decision-making in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and scale innovation initiatives.
• Act as a thought partner and delivery lead on priority workstreams.
• Run defined workstreams end-to-end.
• Contribute insights that inform strategic decision-making at a global level.
• Operate comfortably in ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Collaborate across geographies and functions to build global networks.
• Conduct market, industry, and ecosystem analysis to identify emerging trends.
• Support the design and delivery of global innovation programs, pilots, and initiatives.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform investment decisions and strategic priorities.
• Prepare high-impact materials for senior stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement by developing clear narratives and points of view.
• Contribute to the development of global innovation communities and networks.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, innovation, corporate strategy, research, or similar roles within a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Experience working on innovation programs, emerging technology topics, or new business model development (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with AI tools and working with AI in day-to-day work (preferred but not essential).
• Experience designing or supporting pilots, experiments, or new initiatives in ambiguous environments (preferred but not essential).
