About the Role

The Global Head of Cyber Alliances will manage global strategic alliances with cybersecurity OEM counterparts, enterprise clients, and industry organizations. This role drives business development and collaborative security solution development to foster pipeline growth through a premier partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic cybersecurity partners to drive global revenue growth and joint customer value.
  • Define the cybersecurity partnership charter, value propositions, and joint growth strategies, anchoring regional teams and global stakeholders to achieve targets.
  • Establish and execute comprehensive 'Sell-To,' 'Sell-With,' and 'Sell-Through' GTM strategies, building integrated security offerings.
  • Serve as the primary global voice to and from key security partners, driving internal solution adoption and partner program integration.
  • Champion joint sales, marketing, and threat-intelligence programs with regional sales leaders to accelerate pipeline and secure enterprise accounts.
  • Mobilize global offering, delivery, and sales teams to align the organization with strategic cybersecurity ecosystem objectives.
  • Promote, design, and facilitate technical enablement and certification programs for global delivery personnel.
  • Manage executive sponsor relationships, lead quarterly business reviews, and oversee contractual compliance and issue resolution.
  • Champion strategic initiatives to elevate the company's standing within partner tiering programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fifteen (15) or more years of business development, channel management, or strategic alliance experience.
  • At least 8+ years of dedicated experience within the cybersecurity ecosystem, with deep knowledge of modern security stacks (SASE, Zero Trust, XDR, IAM, SecOps).
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar partner contracts, complex commercial negotiations, and multi-regional joint-business planning.
  • Established executive relationships within major cybersecurity partners (specifically Check Point, Zscaler, Fortinet, CyberArk, Tanium, etc.).
  • Superior interpersonal and influence skills; ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a diverse, matrixed team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • US/UK Security clearance a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
