The Medical Office Assistant serves as a customer service liaison, managing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing. In a clinical capacity, the role involves performing patient care tasks under the direction of authorized healthcare providers to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with courtesy and respect

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or direct patient care experience
- Documentation of current CPR certification required within 1 week of start of employment
