About the Role
Join a growing, high-performance company integrated with the music and creative industries. We are seeking a hands-on problem solver to manage client projects from end to end, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand release schedules and priorities
- Track and drive project processes from inception to completion
- Coordinate with the internal art department for design and proofing
- Issue purchase orders to domestic and international vendors
- Manage project trafficking through print, manufacturing, and final delivery
- Provide regular status updates to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Maintain accurate production schedules and generate weekly status reports
- Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects
- Manage client invoicing and ensure all billable items are included
- Liaise with in-house sales personnel as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
