About the Role

As a Manager within our Climate Change and Sustainability services team, you will support clients in managing ESG risks and opportunities, enhance reporting, and provide assurance on non-financial disclosures. This role offers the chance to build client relationships, manage assurance engagements end-to-end, apply technical knowledge, and grow your expertise in a dynamic field.

Responsibilities

• Project manage assurance engagements from end to end.
• Apply technical knowledge in leading assurance projects.
• Grow personal knowledge in the climate change and sustainability field.
• Build trusted networks with clients.
• Establish project details, performance measurement baselines, key milestones, work breakdown structures, and resource planning.
• Conduct technical and high-quality analysis of ESG processes and data measurement, including benchmarking organizational performance.
• Plan, conduct risk assessments, design assurance approach and procedures, perform testing and analysis, review, and report.

Requirements

• Experience with Emissions assurance audits.
• Knowledge and experience of international sustainability frameworks and guidelines and standards.
• Knowledge of and practical ability to apply International and/or Australian Auditing Standards (ISAE and ASAE) is essential.
• Ability to conduct technical and high-quality analysis of ESG processes and data measurement, including benchmarking organizational performance.
• Strong assurance knowledge and experience including planning, risk assessments, designing the assurance approach and procedures, testing and analysis, review, and reporting.
• Keen communication skills.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to tailor communication for subject matter experts and clients.
