About the Role
The Route Driver is responsible for delivering water treatment products to residential and commercial clients, managing invoicing and collections, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses efficiently
- Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders
- Collect payments and issue invoices
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
- Maintain a customer-focused service approach
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations
- Maintain cleanliness standards for vehicles and equipment
- Conduct end-of-route supervisor check-ins and daily recaps
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to engage with strangers and build professional relationships
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs
