About the Role
This high-impact role involves managing national tenant accounts, overseeing arrears, and delivering accurate reporting while partnering with Asset teams across a national portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage national tenant arrears to ensure timely collections and KPI achievement
- Analyse debtor accounts, reconcile balances, and interpret lease agreements
- Provide clear reporting and insights on arrears trends and performance
- Partner with Asset teams to ensure consistent debt collection processes
- Build strong relationships with national tenants and resolve queries efficiently
- Support complex cases including tenants in administration
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in property, accounts receivable, or debt collection
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and financial reconciliation
- Ability to analyse data and deliver accurate reporting
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
