About the Role
The Senior Applications Support Analyst is the primary technical lead for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and enterprise applications within the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. The role supports stable, secure and continuously improving services across Dataverse, Customer Insights, Sales, Customer Service and Power Platform services. Working closely with the CRM implementation project and vendor partner, the position helps transition critical architectural knowledge into BAU operations through clear documentation, guardrails and release processes, while also supporting selected secondary enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, including solution layers, Application Lifecycle Management processes, Dev/Test/Prod governance and controlled deployments.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub to support Dynamics and Power Platform releases.
- Monitor Power Platform and Dataverse usage, API consumption, custom connectors, environment provisioning and application-level security.
- Contribute to Power Platform governance by publishing standards, reviewing maker solutions and supporting safe citizen development.
- Implement monitoring and resolve complex technical issues, including flow failures, system jobs, API limits, plug-in exceptions and queue performance.
- Support CRM configuration, vendor coordination, BAU transition and Tier 2/3 support for assigned enterprise and student experience applications.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
- Significant experience configuring, developing and administering Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Demonstrated experience with solution management, environment strategy and ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Experience as a technical lead or escalation point for enterprise applications in a complex organisational environment.
- Functional and technical understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights.
- Strong skills in Entra ID security, Dataverse access, ITIL practices, Power Automate troubleshooting, vendor coordination and clear technical documentation.

Salary/Compensations
- $151,902 pa (level 9 - Sydney) + 15% superannuation
- $135,199 pa (level 9 - Fremantle) + 15% superannuation
