About the Role
As a Sales Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, generate sales leads, and provide solutions that add value to clients' businesses. This role requires a results-oriented professional motivated by goals, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Execute the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, while achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Build, manage, and nurture client relationships to promote retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, offering solutions and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client.
- Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and communicate client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Identify and attend relevant industry events, conferences, or trade shows to network and generate leads.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 2-4 years in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Able to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a motor vehicle operating record which meets current Company standards.
- Meet the Company’s policy restrictions covering drug and alcohol use.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
