About the Role

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our growing HVAC contracting team. This role focuses on new system installations, equipment replacements, and system redesigns, with additional support for service and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems in new construction and existing buildings.
  • Remove and replace outdated HVAC equipment.
  • Modify and redesign ductwork and HVAC layouts to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Perform startup, testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
  • Complete job documentation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
  • Experience with new construction, retrofits, and system replacement projects.
  • Ability to layout and install ductwork and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and construction environments.
