About the Role

This is a varied role providing administrative support across both our People and Payroll functions.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR systems, employee records and reporting.
  • Preparing employee documentation, including contracts and letters.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
  • Maintaining accurate employee information across HR and payroll systems.
  • Supporting the processing of fortnightly payroll, including new starters, payroll administration and compliance activities.
  • Providing administrative support for People projects and the wider HR team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • HR/Payroll experience or exposure is beneficial but not essential.
  • Passionate about people, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A love for organisation, administration and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An enthusiastic and positive team player with a willingness to learn and support both the People and Payroll functions.
