About the Role

As an Account Manager, you are the driving force behind daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the people and places you protect. You will lead from the front—guiding, developing, and motivating your team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
  • Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching, and managing officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
  • Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards, and manage inventory of uniforms and equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be retired or former law enforcement.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
  • Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
  • Financial acumen to manage staffing levels, minimize non-billed overtime, and control inventory costs.

Salary/Compensations

  • $95,000 / year
