About the Role
Kinergy is Origin’s global load-flexibility and VPP orchestration platform. We are seeking a Senior Client Delivery Manager to manage the delivery and ongoing operation of energy flexibility programs for large-scale and strategic clients, working across international clients, engineering teams, and industry partners to deliver impactful energy transition technology.
Responsibilities
- Own high-impact programs from discovery through to go-live and ongoing operations.
- Partner with senior clients and technical teams to deliver complex solutions that create real value.
- Capture and document client business and functional requirements through workshops and discovery sessions.
- Translate requirements into clear outcomes for engineering teams, confirming scope and surfacing gaps, assumptions and dependencies.
- Own project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery governance, managing risks and issues.
- Report clearly and concisely to clients and internal leadership on progress, milestones, risks and budget.
- Coordinate solution integration, testing, training, go-live and handover.
- Establish and manage ongoing client support and operations post go-live.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate key delivery partners such as networks, meter providers and technology vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery and operations, identifying opportunities to add value for existing clients.
Requirements
- Experience delivering complex client, technology or digital transformation programs end to end.
- Strong project or program management and business analysis skills, including requirements, planning, risk and delivery governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work fluently across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to coordinate clients and third-party partners.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Energy-industry experience is desirable.
- Project/program or business analysis certification is desirable.
- Background checks may be required, including police checks, AusCheck, medical assessment and/or drug and alcohol testing.
