About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage post-marketing pharmaceutical contact center operations as a key member.
- Handle inquiries from medical institutions and the general public, providing appropriate responses.
- Collect and record adverse event information via email and phone.
- Report collected adverse event information to clients via the system.
- Improve quality, manage progress, and resolve issues within the scope of the role, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a pharmaceutical contact center, call center, or drug information center, handling inquiries from medical institutions (regardless of years of experience).
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, etc.).
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Ability to read and write in English; willingness to learn English is required for understanding training materials and English response documents.
