About the Role
This role will identify practical AI use cases, support tool and skill uplift, and deliver the coaching, training and hands-on support needed to build AI proficiency across teams. The role will work closely with the Chapter Lead and stakeholders to embed responsible, AI-enabled ways of working that improve productivity, consistency, quality and delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support AI adoption and delivery of the AI enablement roadmap.
- Work with teams to identify practical AI opportunities across various business functions.
- Convert ideas into simple use cases, guidance, training, and adoption activities.
- Support the rollout of AI-enabled tools, practices, and ways of working.
- Assess capability needs and adoption barriers across teams.
- Deliver coaching, training, demonstrations, and practical support.
- Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, templates, playbooks, and examples.
- Support communities of practice, learning sessions, and feedback forums.
- Help teams use AI safely, confidently, and in line with organizational expectations.
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, pilots, and implementation activities.
- Track adoption, feedback, issues, and benefits.
- Identify barriers and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the AI enablement approach.
- Build strong relationships within Change & Delivery, CoE, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a practical support partner for teams adopting AI.
- Communicate AI concepts in a simple, accessible, and relevant way.
- Collaborate with technology, data, risk, and governance partners.
Requirements
- Experience in change, delivery, transformation, learning, capability uplift, business improvement, or enablement.
- Practical understanding of AI tools, generative AI, and business use cases.
- Experience supporting training, coaching, adoption, or capability-building initiatives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical guidance.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Comfort working with ambiguity, testing new approaches, and learning quickly.
- Understanding of responsible AI, risk, and governance is desirable.
